Luke Paskevich

REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON. Growing up on a farm that his parents designed and built, Luke’s passion for country homes was instilled in him at an early age. As a licensed and practicing architect since 2012, he has made a career of working with clients in the renovation and construction of custom homes in both rural and urban settings. Luke relocated to Dutchess County from New York City in early 2020 where he now combines his experience in architecture with real estate in the Hudson Valley. With a designer’s eye and a thorough understanding of construction, Luke is uniquely positioned to advise his clients and help navigate them through the process of buying and selling homes. In his free time, Luke enjoys being outdoors in the Adirondack Mountains or exploring Rhinebeck Village where he and his fiancé reside full time.
