Team Leader of HW Guernsey at Compass

Team Leader and Licensed Associate Broker — Byron Anderson has been named as the Team Leader of HW Guernsey at Compass as of January 1st, 2021. He joined the H.W. Guernsey Team at Compass in January, 2020 after a twelve-year career selling luxury real estate in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Byron began his career at Stribling & Associates in Manhattan in 2007 and has been an agent at Compass since 2014, joining as one of their first 50 agents. Today, Compass has nearly 20,000 agents nationwide. He has been a part of their growth since the early days and is proud to be a leader in their expansion into the Millbrook and Hudson Valley areas, where he was raised. Byron has built a reputation based on his superior service, discretion and loyalty to all of his clients. Byron provides the same expertise and professionalism to all of his clients, whether he’s working with a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or a 3rd homeowner. Byron works alongside lifelong friend, Dan Kessler. They have an impressive track record and have successfully negotiated over $500M in sales throughout their (combined) 26 year careers. Byron and his wife, Willy, their sons, Crosby and Duke, and two dogs, Sailor and Moby, recently moved to Millbrook full-time in the fall of 2019. When he’s not working, you can find Byron skiing, cycling, or surfing in Quogue.

Byron serves on the Board of the Millbrook Business Association.
